Is it just me, or does it seem like the homebrew/development 'scene' for the Dreamcast seem to have an upturn? When I checked about, say, 3-4 months ago, just about everything froze at the development process that it was at, like the scene died or something (well, there were a few exceptions... I'm talking about just in general). Now, everyday, there's something new that's come out. Not that I'm complaining or anything, of course. =-)
