As you may have noticed the only Beats Of Rage mod that is getting news at the moment is the Megaman one, mainly because DcSteve opens new topics for each release which makes it easier for me to notice. Now there are a lot of other mods that are being worked on & perhaps have even had releases that the newsposters here & at other sites may have missed, so I thought it would be good to start this topic & find out what BOR mod demos are out & what mods are being worked on currently & in a day or two I'll do a news post about them.

If you're wondering why I don't just go through all the topics to find the info myself well the main reason is because I'm a lazy prick

plus there's a good chance I'll miss 1 or two of them so this way we should get all of them rounded up. So if you are working on something & want it mentioned on the main page, post about it in this topic & I'll put them in the lists below.

This is an excellent idea, I am starting to loose track of all the BoR mods. You could also put an estimate percentage complete column aswell, just a thought.

I was away for a couple of weeks last month which is when Ian's Turtles mod was released, did anybody notice if there was a newspost about it?

Another question, is VampiricS' Castlevania mod still being worked on?

And one last question, is anybody interested in seeing a BOR modders forum in the Dev section?

As far as i know Zoid Castlevania is still being worked on BUT vampirics got mad at law56ker for using some of his cover art for one of his own projects though law56ker claims he didnt know it was vampirics and upon learning of it removed the coverart but vampirics was pretty ticked and claimed he is gonna still release Castlevania by summer but he will no longer be posting on these boards because of what law56ker did. which is a shame i hope he rethinks leaving the board. so besides that long winded story thats all i know of the fate of the Castlevania mod

Yes the Castlevania mod is still in development. And no it's not only about the drama with 1 person, it's the whole atmosphere that i decided what i decided. But don't you all worry, it will get to final stage, but i will take all the time needed to make sure that it's just not another mod, and since i am all alone doing it i just can't keep up to the same rate as the megaman mod.

Yeah i'am still workin on destination x, despite running into problems reaching max sprites, but ill release a few demo levels soon as that seems to be the trend

No, there wasn't a news post about Ian Michael's Mod...it's been all about MegaMan...megaman...megaman. I think we need to make a section on Dcemu that's just for Bor Mods as well like the emulators or apps since people won't have to look for them in the forums and they're right there on the main page.

I just made a little demo build of the game so far.

UPDATE

- Now the Music player has all the Castlevania Resurection track in it
- Optimized some animations
- Transitions screens between places are now cleaner and animated
- Now every levels has it's own music tracks (only 4 levels)
- Better difficulty for the boss (same boss for all levels right now
- Fixed some things about the Fishman on lvl4

Note that the mod didn't really progressed a lot right now because i am working on a real intro movie right now, and it's pretty long to do all alone.

why not make a temporary forum for the BOR mods and have threads started for each project?

wouldn't that be easier for all of us to track/check/see/comment on the projects?

Ian's TMNT mod has finally had news posted about it. I'll post your news too VampiricS when the links have been sorted out, looking forward to giving it a try.
