You maybe remember my SBI Builder. It was a program which makes own SBIs.
Good, at the request of Fackue, the author of 1st_read.bin Checker, I devellopped the v2.4 of SBI Builder.
It enormously has innovations, so much. The program isn't the same on the code. (but on the interfaces level, it's the same, but good, it has check boxs in more...).

STEP 1 :
Fackue gave me his source code in VB, I carried it under Delphi then I made a DLL.
STEP 2:
The screenshot can be resized in the SBI Builder with bilinear interpolation. (so it makes it good).
STEP 3:
You can put ReadMe now.
STEP 5 (step 4 doesn't change):
This step is the step4 on the SBI Builder v2.3. It looks like Nero Burning ROM... A little more convivial. On the level of the code, it was too hard... but i did it. You can see here the pop-up menu opened.
And i hope this program's useful...
... in any case I did it for Fackue and for me training... I optimized the application, now it's faster...
