I say "S-N-E-S" or "Super-N-E-S" or sometimes "Super Nintendo". The fact that all the letters in SNES are capitalized tells me that it's not supposed to be pronounced as one word, like "Snes".

Super Famicom (ever since i saw it was named that way in japan)
