I'm working on a couple of projects for the DC at the moment...

I'm considering both being entered into the competition (Metafox? It's OK if I enter > 1 thing right?)

Anyway - here's a sneak peek at 'the other thing' I've been working on...

At the moment it's using ripped off music and ripped off graphics and I only have a very simple circuit...

Anyone feel like helping me with GFX (32x32 tiles to build circuit - circuit can be as big as you want, 32x32 tiles for vehicles, logos etc), SOUND (racy theme tunes, preferably in .MOD format) - no help needed with the coding.

I do already have some help with GFX - but more would be cool...

Hey I'll help on Music. I've been writing music for a while now and I love racing games like F-Zero so I know exactly what style of music you want. It'll be a detachment from CNA but hey...i'm ready for something new!

i creted a unscrambled bin of th elf file and it didnt work right. i could hear the music but only crap appeared on the screen

Last time we talked about it Ice said wasn't yet certain how he'd implement the music, but I think we were going for recorded music for at least one of the two titles. I'm checking out your link now.

We're not really pooling artists right now but if you have a website or sprites posted somewhere PM me or Ice88 with a link. Same goes for anyone who is interested

Well - the track on the demo is a Soundtracker (.mod) file - and they work really well because I have a lot of control over when they play, when they don't etc etc - So if poss, I'd like soundtracker mods!!!!!

Merkoth I have been using .png formats for the graphics so far so I know he can use those.

E-mail me with sprites or send either of us a PM with a link, we may end up using them. You will of course be credited if we decide to use it. I have been using RBG 255,0,255 (magenta) for the transparency so far, but I think white is OK as well (Ice88?). Good luck!
