Any way to decompress Dreamcast games?

Any way to decompress Dreamcast games?

Is there a way to decompress Dreamcast game files, so they could be used to put patches or translation for Japanese games? I ask because there's a lot of support for games like Fire Pro Wrestling D, and if there was a way to decompress the files, an English patch could be put in it. Anyone know anything about this type of stuff? Thanks.
