Actually, I believe the Sega Millenium 2000 Controllers were made to commemorate the Year 2000. They came in Transparent Green, Blue, Pink, and Black. Basically, standard controllers, except the Millenium 2000 logo on the front and the transparent colored inserts at the end of the cords.

There's a whole series of the Millennium controllers, in many colors.
If it were from a Hello Kitty set, it would have a little Hello Kitty logo on the front instead.

How much was it anyway? If you saw if for under 20 bucks, i'd say take it. Hello Kitty DC's are one of the most expencive DC's.

It's not a Hello Kitty Dreamcast... It's not even a Hello Kitty controller. It's just one of the Millennium pads.
