What style box did the US mouse for Dreamcast come in?

Did the US version of the Dreamcast mouse only come in the black box? See example image for what I mean...

Personal Dreamcast box preference. I perfer the 1st generation style box, than I did the 2nd generation boxes.

The UK version came in a white box with pale blue lettering (the same as the UK DC and the DC Keyboard).

Yes, there was only that one style of box the US mouse came in.
