But it's right in saying 'Why are they going after smaller companies, not larger one's like Amazon, Microsoft etc'.

Thinking about it M$ would destroy them if they ever came enar them, they would bury them so deep in legal issue's they're comapny wouldn't no longer exist.

That is pathetic, though not as pathetic as the company that tried to claim the rights to hyperlinks themselves (which I read about after the one in the post above).

The company that tried to claim rights to hyperlinks themselves was in fact BT (British Telecom) whose monopoly on the telecommunications market here in the UK was failing... I thought it was really pathetic to be honest.

This seems to be the latest business model after the bubble burst...

Get in on the market quick, allow your technology to be free while the going is good, and when the bubble bursts, charge money for what was considered to be a "standard." (I.E. the MP3 format)
