Name this game

About 3 years ago I got a demo CD that had a bunch of PC game demo's. There was this one game that was a FPS but you also had a tank or something you could jump into. I remember it took place in the future and there was 2 missions in the demo. The first took you to a Arena type place, and the other you had to destroy these beams at some sort of complex. The game was really fun but I can't think for the life of me what it was. Graphics wise it was on Par with Quake 3 I think.

Since this thread's here, I'll go ahead and ask this:

I remember playing a game at a used game place....it was for the Genesis, and the graphics most closely resembled Shining Wisdom for the Saturn I think......any ideas?

Anyone know of a SNES game thats like Q-Bert (but it's not, I checked) and at the beginning of the level when it shows your lives and the level you're on, some robot voice woman says "PLAYER 1, GET READY!" Doubt anyone knows what I'm talking about...
