Sorry for the delay. I was busy with other things. This time I went for a "night vision googles" kind of effect. I am not quite sure why. I was thinking of doing something matrix related because of the border, but whatever.

I'll never be able to guess what possessed you to use part of the B!CC logo in the image but whatever. (/me thinks that was not coherant). Anyways, I'm done with mine. Yet more Inuyasha, I hope I don't have to exhaust my local image supply during this contest, I hate having to use Google Image Search. Anyways, here it is:
