I liked it for awhile. I just hated the battles as they took too damn long. I mean the Freza Battle was over a month long if I remember correctly. I stopped watching about mid-way through the cell saga. Its one of those shows that if you miss a couple of shows your lost.ninja wrote:Now, if we could only somehow brainwash everyone into thinking dragon ball / z never existed. Whats funny is the first time I watched it I was just talking trash. It was the one with Goku and Piccalo fighting Radkif. Anyways at the end of the show Goku died and was on snake way and I wanted to see what happened. NExt thing I knew I was watching it almost every day till the end of the Cell Saga.ninja wrote:I tried watching the show, honest. I just never really cared for it.

I got very into it a few years ago. I even became obsessed with recording every show, so I could keep a timeline of what was going on. But after all of 100 plus shows I gave up because;
1. Too many dang shows
2. Battles take too dang long
3. No one ever really "dies" in the traditional sense
4. My personal "life" was starting to suffer![Laughing :lol:](./images/smilies/icon_lol.gif)
In the end, I only captured a small part of the DBZ universe. Too long, and convoluted.

Personally, I prefer Dragonball to Dragonball Z. DBZ is just too darned long.
Nobody has ever made a good DBZ game, but there's no reason that it can't be done. I expect someone could do a DBZ-style game for the DC (containing no DBZ stuff, of course - we wouldn't want them to come after us like they did with Bid for Power).

I loved DBZ:legends for Sega Saturn[import]. It was pretty good, the only thing I thought they could have done better was to include fmv with motion instead of still pictures.

I highly suggest to everybody try the DBZ Ultimate Battle 22 for ps1 import. It is one of my fav 2D fighting games. The story on it is stupid (and in japaneise come to think of it). But the Controls are Tight, and every time you play through you unlock a new charactor to fight.
