I *think* its 3 game discs and a 4th passport / extras disc like the first one... I haven't bought it yet so dunno... still playing Headhunter.

The 4th GD is playable and has about a 2-3 hour sequence in rural China.

Shenmue 2 is in 4 gd-roms and all of them are playable. No passport.
Unarguably the best DC game!

Yes, Shenmue 2 is available on the DC in Japan and Europe. It will be coming to the Xbox in the North America, this fall.
