And the led wouldnt work, and i really screwed the 2 holes that the LED goes into. So, i wanted to hook up the 5v LED to the powersource. To do that, i just solder the + side of the LED to the 5v prong, right? But where does the - side go?

Ground, but how will you solder it directly, you'll at least need to run wires if you want it to be in the same place. (or anywhere visible)

I will solder a wire to the prong, and solder that wire to the led. So, i solder hte - side of the LED to the prong that says Ground?

Yup, just pick one of the GND pins (there's 3 I think), and there's where you want it. Good luck.

Instead of Soldering to the prongs like dumbass did, can i solder to the top of the powersource?

If you are powering the LED directly from the PSU, remember you will need to include a resistor (about 470 Ohms should do) in series with the LED.

Also I doubt you will be able to solder to the points you mention, however, you should be able to solder to an appropriate point on the underside of the PSU board.

Well, Dumbass used the powersource to power an LED without a resistor, why do i need one?
