Oh, I have 3 cats, and a dog. But in my life time we've had 6 dogs, 8 cats, 3 birds, tons of fish, an iguana, a tarantula, and a raccoon (don't ask...lol).

ive had lots of fish and 2 dogs. my last dog got anemia about 5 months ago and died at age 8

I've got a chihuahua that goes by the name of Tito, but he is not like that scrawny shaking nervous one that used to be on the Taco Bell commercials.

2 crows (broken wing, legs) (both died after 3 months....they lived long then they were supposed to)

My mom has the exact same chihuahua type dog youre talking about. The thing is so nervous that if you sneeze too loud you might permanently traumatize it.

I have a 4 year old female German Shepard. She thinks she is a person, but cant figure out why strange sounds come out when she tries to speak.

my sister loves cats, we had like 3 cats (they all were sick or died)
