how do i use a .sbi file? and Doom DC question

i downloaded a few games and they are in a .sbi format and i see no referance about how to burn them for example rocket racer is "Rracer.sbi". cout you guys tell me how i can use them and i have the full version of doom how do i upgrade the shareware version of Doom DC to play the full version?

Dunno about Doom but the .sbi files are for self-boot inducer

there's a good tutorial for self-boot inducer here:

I'm sure there's a Doom tutorial on DC emu somewhere, but i've never looked for one
