I'm not sure if it has been done, I was wondering if people want a pinball game on DC.
What are others thoughts, should it be done?

Why not. A game like Pinball Fantasies would be great.

This topic made me wonder about PinMame, but then I remember it uses Visual Basic for the tables and I doubt it can be implemented.
I hope i didn't start a "going nowhere topic" with this comment about PinMame.

Maybe I was wondering if people want one, cos I was thinking of making one. Just cos I'm new to this forum doesn't mean I don't know squat.

Do I have to come out and say the fact that I am developing a pinball game for the dreamcast? Why else would one look around innocently when it's mentioned unless they were trying to hide the fact they were doing it?

No one ever accused you of not knowing anything....

I still don't get your "hint" and I doubt anyone does. Actually, it sounded it to me like a wierd warning, since you are a mod it gave me the idea that such idea as a pinball game was forbidden like that of the N64 emu.

I just reformatted my Linux partition, lost all my previous code and dev environment (blah blah blah it was on purpose, fresh start, blah blah blah) and installed Red Hat. I'm going to get KOS 1.1.8 and get back into the swing of things soon. Right now I'm planning things out.
I'm thinking side-scrolling action platformer myself.

Not for some time... I've got some supporting pieces in the works thus far and have had a lot of personal things to deal with (getting new car, etc.) I'm not even promising this will get anywhere, but it should be fun....
