Can you copy a .CDI cd?

But why?
Why go through all the trouble to copy a game when you can easily buy it online or in a store?

There are many places out there which can help you with the question, but again I'm not allowed to divulge that information. You will have to find a way yourself.
are you asking whether you can backup a homebrewed/emulator game? or a commercial one into a CDI computer image format? or are you asking how to burn a CDI to CD.
If so, tell us the name of what your trying to do, and more detail in what you are trying to accomplish.
