Dreamcast Sylverand Account Registration
Hello, I have been trying for some time to register my PSO v2 PAL on sylverant, but I can't do it.
I am able to enter the codes on sylverant then I get a random guildcard number.
How is it possible that I can register my character with the existing guildcard on the site and log into the game?

Re: Dreamcast Sylverand Account Registration
If you've already been online, you need to use the form to register an existing Guild Card, rather than a new one. You need a unique serial number to do this. A random one you found online won't work for registration.

Re: Dreamcast Sylverand Account Registration
It is an original copy which of course I do not know if the previous owner has already used it on sylverant.
I still don't understand how to link my character to the newly generated guildcard.
A new character automatically gets a random guildcard number.
I have tried with the guildcard which is displayed in the game plus serial number and key but it does not work.
My goal is to log in to the game with my sylverant account to use the benefits.

What do you mean "random"? You can see your Guild Card number under Chat -> Guild Card -> My Card, and the number isn't random. It should be the same every time you connect on a real Dreamcast.

Re: Dreamcast Sylverand Account Registration
This is randomly assigned during creation.
If I activate the serial number in the account without a guildcard, there is a guildcard number but it is the wrong one.
If I register with the existing guildcard number, an error message appears. Can several characters be registered with one serial number?
How do I delete the connection to existing guildcards?

Re: Dreamcast Sylverand Account Registration
You can only register one time. Once you're registered, all your characters will have the same Guild Card number. You probably need to contact BlueCrab on the Sylverant Discord to fix the problem if you're unable to register.

Re: Dreamcast Sylverand Account Registration
DM me a picture of the serial number/access key page from your game's case here, or do the same on the Sylverant discord (or use the ticket system there to do it), and I will see what the issue is.
Re: Dreamcast Sylverand Account Registration
I would like to explain my problem in more detail here:
After contacting BlueCrab, he found out that the character has an old serial number and the key from the new number I entered when creating the character.
So it was not possible for me to log in.
Bluecrab also found out that I already had an account with two serial numbers
With a tip from BlueCrab I was able to change my key with this https://segaxtreme.net/resources/pso- ... orx.224/ and lo and behold everything worked.
Many thanks to everyone who helped me and a big thank you to BlueCrab for the first-class support.
How did the error occur?
I suspect that there are several serial numbers registered on the DC, but the main problem was that a second VMU was plugged in with an old Pso savegame which was registered with the said serial number.
So be careful when you create a new character not to have any more savegamea on any VMUs.
