Error registering SNAK

Error registering SNAK
Hello! I recently bought a used copy of PSO ver.2 on ebay and I'm trying to set up my account on Sylverant. However when I enter my serial number and access key I get "Error registering Serial Number/Access Key pair. This key may already be registered." Is there any way to fix this?
