Running shoes will be a priority moving forward.
I am no longer in that age where I can just go for a long cardio session and don't care about the shoes.
My knees often hurt and on Monday, my toe was hurting a little bit. I ignored it and went for 2 mile cardio after work.
In the morning, when I wake up my toe is legit hurting. No inflammation but I can't put weight on it.
I was like, cool, let me not exercise today it will be fine tomorrow.... it isn't. Not even the day after. Today is Thursday and I still can't put weight on it.
I'll schedule a teledoctor appointment to discuss but I thought I float a good shoe topic here as well.
I've read Christopher McDougall's Born to Run which makes me an advocate for barefoot style shoes but I am open to any suggestions.
Tell me what to look for!

Re: Shoe Recommendation - I hurt my toe
Why waste money on new shoes when the free solution is to stop running?

Re: Shoe Recommendation - I hurt my toe
Went to I-Run Texas.
They said my toe hurts cause the shoe I was wearing was tight.
I invested in these:

Day 1 is pretty good.
