How Do I create bootable CDI Files?

Hey yall, so anyways I just installed the kallistios sdk on windows 11 but now here is a question that is bugging me. How do i create CDI Files with the sdk and play them on my retail Dreamcast?

Use boot dreams or lazy boot

Update: So I am trying to convert the .elf to a bin file so I can try to create a selfboot cdi file for the example programs but here is the issue, when I type in the elf2bin sdl_sound.elf command it gives me a error this error says elf2bin: command not found. This happens on every example program on kallistos so idk what to do with this error!

Update: now when I type in the command you told me to put in the terminal. it is telling me "Unable To recognize the format of the input file of prog.elf" idk what to do for this error!
