I wonder if that's like the counterpoint to "blast processing." It's a technically meaningless marketing term, but rather than implying rapid game movement and pretty graphics, it indicates that the program is crappy-looking and buggy to the point of feeling like it's actually downgraded your Dreamcast somehow, and will gradually slow down and crash due to memory leaks.

Where it says "Do you get up? Or are you lazy..." does that imply you have a choice? What happens if you don't get up? Does the game finish? Perhaps you're treated to that picture of Reaper's wife in nothing but a tshirt as you hear his attempt at singing in the background.
