yes... to emulate the DC's GPU. basically the idea is, if each component is not better than the predecessors, in terms of ability to do the same thing, its pretty much impossible.

I would have to say the same thing here: The Xbox will never run Dreamcast unless of course you'll make it just for homebrews then maybe it could be done, but not for commercial games. It's ludicris to even try to fathom exactly what the conversion is!

Homebrew is not going to run faster then retail games it's even less optimized then retail games and mostly hobbyest coders.

Gba homebrew really does not run better then retail games on gba emus for example. Maybe a few frames some times.

Nothing i do would run playable on it.

Yea, usually commercial games are made to be fullspeed with a little power left just in case of the random chance of something requiring more power than it was profiled to.
