I used to have a rather embarrassingly high amount, too. Unfortunately, my HDD went nuts early this summer when I tried to install WinXP Service Pack 2, and I had to do a system restore...and thus lost a fair amount of stuff.

(Oh, and by the way: topic successfully hijacked. Sorry about that, Quzar  )

the speed - i already said this, but it IS slightly faster than when i did, around 20fps now.
the sound - oh, its there, and is one of the reasons why its slow (although the next big change I make should bring up speed a bunch)
the sexiness - oh, its sexy, very very sexy.

Seriously though, the quality of the CD games blew me away. I had never played the system before and was really amazed at the quality of the animations and such

Very impressive progress. The Dreamcast scene needs a TG16/PCE emulator that has sound. Keep up the excellent work, I am going to keep my eye on this one.

as Quzar has said early, it still misses optimizations to give speedups. and running 20fps already, i think will get 30fps (the aceptable) in a glimpse.
i got stunned by the supercd quality aswell, the animations and sound... wow!
any signal on save suport?

Well as for saves, the code is there, the only problem may be that they are too big (i need to look at PC hu-go! save files).

A question for anyone who has a real TG-16 and has used Hu-Go! . Is it just me, or is it running too fast? In the code the cpu core was clocked at 7.8Mhz (as opposed to the actual 7.1Mhz) which means 110%. There should be a reason for it. Is it just my ignoracne of the system, or is this incorrect and running too fast?

I own the originals of Ys3 and Dracula X so I will be happy to plays these on my tv again. Tg-16 was sorely underrated, the games were all good, they had a couple crappy ones like "deep blue" and "keith courage in alpha zones" I am sorry that game stunk especially for its LAUNCH title. one game I would love ot find is Exile 2 Wicked phenomenom for TG 16 because I beat the original and the ending left me wanting more and I am hoping that the sequel to it will answer the unanswered questions.

As I already explained the reason that Hugo is over clocked is for Super Graphix support as those games ran at faster speeds.

I didn't know so many people here liked tg-16.

I'm guessing this is done all by quazar, and not a collective work of ScreamCast because of the way Fiddler is responding.

P.s....DemoniusX, you is so crazy!!11!!!!111!1!!

yeah this is quzar's baby. We're putting in a lot of discussion, and will host/release it, of course, but it's all his work in the porting aspect.
