I found DC Emulation around Januari 2001 a little later NesterDC 1.0 was released. From that time I was hooked. I only joined the forums many months later, but I readed them from the beginning.
What I just realised is that I registered on the new boards at 9 September 2001 (WTC attack). I always thought the date on this forum was MONTH/DATE/YEAR. Really strange, because I remember that day as yesterday. And I know I was behind the television that day, not registering on the dc emu forums Makes my head spin...

Oddly enough, I've been visiting the site for years, but I've only had a Dreamcast since January of last year. When I got my DC I was wondering where the hell that brilliant Genesis emulator that everyone was raving about had gone .
Sick of sub-par Dreamcast web browsers that fail to impress? Visit Psilocybin Dreams!
I've been here through 2 board changes ( I think ) mabe late 2k or so, didn't post much, but i remember my first topic was asking if N64 could be emulated on the Dreamcast this was back when "Psyco" (sp?) and "DiscoStu" were 2 of the top Mods I remember. I made an Emu cover for FrNes http://www.dcemulation.com/covers/index ... sfront.jpg http://www.dcemulation.com/covers/files ... esback.jpg to show (in a way) that i was a better artist then Psyco who also did a FrNes cover. Ironicly I've never used FrNes even though that cover took about a day and a half to finish btw whatever happened to "DiscoStu" anyway?
Here's some of the Avatars that were sitting in my Temporary Internet Files A loooonnnngggg time ago, a made this Geocities page almost a year ago http://www.geocities.com/dcemuavatars/Avatars.html

I guess the old timers can only date back to 17 Oct 2001.
I can date back quite a ways, but there are those before me. I was still a Zophar regular at the time, and saw the post about Gleam. I've always been a Sega fanboy, and bought a Dreamcast for it. Oddly enough, the Gleam site is still online:

I was around early on, playing with the dos tutorials. I started doing crappy Windows frontends, and released my first on June 03, 2001. Things have progressed since then, and thankfully we now have DreamInducer.

I think I came here a long time ago (2001?) and asked a a stupid question.
I got laughed at.
I cried.
I cut myself.
I mailed Cheatah the blood.
Now I came back with a little more knowledge of what is going on.
Now I laugh at others.
But I still cry and cut myself.
I can never forget that day.
Wait

I've been here a long long time.
I dunno the exact date, but Ive been through at least 2 board changes, and I had a hella lot of posts (and proper posts, none of the rubbish you Nullers spam the place up with nowadays) before I got my opportunity to mod the newbie programming and classic gaming forums.
