I hope so, because those two games are a must-install on my phone. They control pretty well for a nice distraction when I'm bored. The Sonic 1 relaunch was excellent, you could tell it was done by someone who really cared for the series.

The revamped Sonic 2 has been confirmed for a holiday release.

It certainly does look like a labor of love.

From a programming perspective... the ultimate labor of love was Sonic 2HD.
They were actually remaking the game along with all the assets.
