Are the fees only for people paying via credit card? I usually have PayPal draw from my checking account. (I'm trying to get this business wrapped up today).

The fees were for everybody, but you are ok for now at least.

For everyone who signed up again, I have sent out an email requesting infos. I will be updating the accounts now.

If you have yet to sign up, it is still possible to do so. I reserve the right to reverse a charge if there happens to be an overflow that I cannot make up for in bandwidth and space.

For anyone who has hosting with me currently but has not renewed, I will give you until the 25th of June before I terminate your hosting to backup what you need. Thanks for the year!

Actually, my BSU service will soon be coming to an end, so I would need hosting. However, I only have about 10mb of stuff and it's really only for hosting pictures here and at BG, so your package would be ridiculous overkill.
