Well... I got source code for it, but have not had time to work on it as my primary goal is to get [first and hopefully] a working PS emulator, reguardless of the speed. My next goal is to prolly rewrite the core of the emu so that it is coded using dynamic recompilation. Not sure how to accomplish 2nd goal yet, but my first goal has just started.

As I recall both the CPU cores are written in assembly language, you'll have to replace those. For 68k emulation, your best best it probably Musashi: (http://caesar.logiqx.com/html/libs/cpu/musashi.shtml)
For z80 I like the Z80 core from MAME, though I couldn't say if it's better than any of the other C Z80 emulators.
