PSP Slim - Daxter Pack
Gears Of War (Xbox 360) (for a third time)
Sonic The Hedgehog (Xbox 360) (yeah, it's supposed to suck, but then again I loved the SA games and people say those were shit)

And thus ends my gaming spree for the year.

Endless Ocean (Wii)

Never in my life have I received so much shit for buying a game. I can't even walk into the building at work without someone making fun of me for buying it. The guy that bought the Punky Brewster box set got less flack than me over Endless Ocean.

Ape Quest (PSP)

It's on the Playstation Store. It's an RPG set in the world of Ape Escape. It's a little shallow, but I'm a sucker for those monkeys.

Not exactly a game, but...

Logitech Wireless Mediaboard Pro (PS3) - $50

It makes surfing the web on my TV so much easier. Typing this post takes forever on a controller. I just wish it worked on the Wii too.

I got the THAW/GUN double pack for AU$28. It's the worst $28 dollars I've ever spent. THAW is absolute rubbish! But then again, I've played a lot of Skate in recent memory so it's no comparison really.
What do you think of THAW luriden?

THAW is pretty mediocre. I used to have it for PS2. It has its moments, but overall it's one of the weaker games in the series.

I ended up selling my THPS games except for Project 8 awhile back when I still had the games for PS2, and Hastings had the whole series used for unbelievably cheap, so I decided to stock up on them again.

Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 2x (Xbox)
Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3 (Xbox)
Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 4 (Xbox)
Tony Hawk's Underground (Xbox)
Tony Hawk's Underground 2 (Xbox)
Tony Hawk's Proving Ground (Xbox 360)
Rez HD (Xbox 360)

Total: $70

Not bad considering THPG just came out and usually costs $60 alone. I haven't played it yet, I'm putting it on the back burner until I beat and unlock everything in THAW which shouldn't take long, considering I already know the game like the back of my hand.

Question for anyone who has Oblivion - Shivering Isles: Can a new character play the expansion very well, or is it made for higher level characters? On my old 360 I had a character who had beaten the main quest and was around level 30, it took me HOURS to get that far and as much as I want to play Shivering Isles, I don't want to put that much time into one character again just to play it.

Actually, I started a new character specifically for Shivering Isles. Like the rest of Oblivion, the game adjusts the difficulty depending on your level (and of course, the difficulty slider in the optons). So as soon as you are out of the tutorial dungeon, feel free to run straight there.

Rogue Galaxy (PS2) - $20

I'm not sure why I bought it, as I certainly have enough games to play without adding another to my collection. But it was one I always wanted to try and $20 was an irresistible price for it.

Very underrated game IMO. One of Treasure's best.

I actually got it for Christmas the year it was released. I played the hell out of it, but like many of the games from my younger years, I eventually sold it. Then after years of forgetting about that game, I suddenly remembered it and had to buy it again.
