It's not one license - all you really have to do is pay attention to which license is being used, which you have to do for any work you use anyway. i've been using soundsnap.com for work.
also there are tons of sites that host free samples made by amateur musicians using reason, logic or any of those music programs... and they are usually free (no CC restrictions).
