But for that price, that's a good deal. And if he ever wanted to, he can change his hdd to something bigger.(but you'll have to sacrifice your game saves)

Rented that TMNT for Xbox 360. Not nearly as good as the previous 3 for Gamecube. Lack of co-op play is the #1 killer for this game IMO. It also seems like the entire game is based more off of trying to jump from place to place then it is about fighting. The few fight scenes in the game you do have are pretty lacking. Just spawns a handful of bad guys. After you kill them off it grades you on how well you did then you go back to climbing and jumping again till the next fight scene.

On a brighter note it is pretty easy Achievement.

Rented the new Zelda game for DS. As I expected I hate the controls. The map feature is pretty neat as are the puzzles that require you to draw something. However its absurd to force the pure touch screen controls. How hard would it have been to make it like say Mario 64 where you could choose what controls you want? The controls just make something that should be simple into something more difficult. Try to do a attack and end up bumping into the enemy instead. That is at least when my finger isn't blocking the screen and im hurting my wrist trying to move it around. Perhaps the crappy stylus with the original DS is part of the problem, but no stylus out there would make up for it IMO.

Really a shame because everything else about it looks great. Why doesn't Nintendo gotta screw around with stuff like this? How many people will actually like this game MORE because of the controls? I am sure most people can put up with the controls and still enjoy the game, but I doubt anybody will buy this game simply because of the controls?

EDIT: Actually the Stylus was pretty much the problem. Bummed a better Stylus from a friend of mine and its not nearly as bad.

PGA Golf 2007. Got it for $8. Better then 03.

The Orange Box (PC)

Tonight I started Portal, and I'm almost done already. It is an absolutely amazing game that is simply too short for it's own good. I have put about 2 hours into it, and I'm on level 18 of 19. It's a true shame because this game has enough potential to last for hours, but it simply doesn't.

I'll probably finish it tonight then try out Episode 2 before bed.

OMFG, I just finished Portal, and damn. That last level is awesome. I'm speechless. My opinion of this game has completely changed. I'm already wanting to play through it a second time now.
