No ketchup!

Post by butters »

Dear fast food chains of the world:

Why would I want to eat French fries without ketchup? You don't ask me if I want ketchup, then I get home with none in the bag. Have you gotten so cheap that you can't afford to put a couple of ketchup packets in everyone's bag like you used to?

Sincerely,

A happy customer

I know! My local McDonalds does it because business isn't too booming, yet the one in my boyfriend's hometown doesn't put it in unless you ask!

One of BBQ sauce's main ingredients is...DUN DUN DUN... TOMATO!

Maybe you should stick to Mint Jelly and Worchestershire Sauce, English.

Which reminds me, Worcestershire Sauce is bitchin' on fries.

A co-worker of mine from the state of Utah introduced me to "fry sauce."

50% Ketchup +
50% Mayo =
100% Glorious

I could eat fries without any sauce, but it depends on where they are from (Burger King fries).

Honey Mustard > BBQ > Catsup

Depending on where the fries are from, I will omit the ketchup (McDonalds, Burger King, Rally's/Checkers don't get ketchup; Wendy's, Raising Canes, and most other places do get ketchup).

However, if I'm eating chicken strips, I will drown them completely in ketchup. Fuck dipping them in some ketchup, I just pour the bottle of ketchup all over them. I absolutely fucking love ketchup.
It's thinking...

If you removed the tomato, you'd certainly notice a difference in taste. Possibly a gross one :-P

I agree that BBQ sauce is ketchup 2.0, but bemoaning tomatoes means boney = lose. Also, if you really don't like the taste of tomato, that would make you the only person I have ever met who doesn't like spaghetti :o

I love to mix ketchup with other liquid condiments like mustard, mayo or tzatziki sauce.

I don't like spaghetti. In fact, I don't like most Italian food, because I don't like tomotoes and they're obsessed with them. I'm not the biggest fan of any sort of pasta-type dish anyway. For some reason 99% of pasta-based meals don't have any sort of proper meat portion. Unless my meal is at least 30% dead animal, I don't feel like I've eaten properly.

If I removed the blood from a sexy lady I'd have a lifeless, rotting corpse. Doesn't mean I have to like blood though. :P

Still wrong. Most fries get ketchup, and chicken strips get gravy.

If you're still talking about McDonald's, fries get ketchup and chicken strips get the garbage can. Seriously. McDonald's "chicken" products taste like fried Play-Doh.
