I see that stuff around here on occasion. I say on occasion because: A)I don't drink soda anymore and B)because of A I don't go in the soda isle. Net grocer used to be a good place to get harder to find stuff, not sure about now.

Considering how necessary water is to our survival and how little there is per person on the planet it's surprising it isn't about 100x more expensive.

No not really, there is no way they could charge a lot more for water. Especially since it falls from the sky and there are giant rivers filled with water. If whoever distributes water had to pay to get this water and not just drain it out of a lake or something then I could see the price going up.

I can see why people pay for water, especially the bottled stuff, because it costs money to get that water cleaned and into your faucet.
