PSO mini race

i remember this was mentioned before, but i think people should get togther and have a bout of PSO

If a day can be organized (sunday maybe? would probably have to be a weekend anyway), we can have a pso race, 2 (or however many people will play) teams, similar levels on each team, and whoever beats the game first, long as we exchange guild cards we can keep track of which team is where. it should be a PSO v1 suitable game, just so everyone can play

if anyone is willing to do this, mention when they can play and what lvl char they have, if not, ill just post myself ;p

any weekend would suit, and im a lvl 23ish hunter named Imono-Lupin

i cant play PSO(online) anymore because i dont have a dial-up ISP.

im glad too because the game sucks online now...

I would play, but chances are most people that are gonna play will be level 100 and have gamesharks.. I could go and burn me one, but it just seems sad to ruin such a game even more

. Besides, if soemthing BIG was organized, someone would see this and come along and PK and RSOD everybody for the hell of it to ruin this whole thing...

Segais burning us because there releasing PSO Episode 1 and 2 to the gamecube and maybe the Xbox.But heres the thing....there only bring shenmue 1 2 and even 3 to Xbox. How come there not bring it to GC It can handle it. We should all email sega about this in one day and then see what they have to say.

I would love to play, but I have never gone online with it before. Perhaps when I set up my dreamcast I can jump on it. Are the servers in Japan still up for PSO ver. 1. I keep hearing that it is best to play on that server rather than US servers.

Are the sega.net servers even still up? And wait the PC Verson out in japan how u import it. I didnt even new they released it and IM A HUGE pso fan..........

I haven't played the DC versions in a while, but I think v.1 players can access all of the ships and blocks that v.2 players can. Only thing is v.1 players can't access the lobby soccer lobbies (12-16?), can't join ultimate games, battle mode games, or challenge mode games. I think v.2 players can choose to make normal, hard, and v-hard games v.2 only if they want. So, basically the will v.1 servers will exist as long as the v.2 servers will since they are the same, and I don't think Sega/Sonic Team will ever block v.1 players out.

You can get it from himeya.com. I used this tutorialto get around the language settings and sign up for the hunter's license. You can get more help from the gamefaqs message board.The Japan (JP) version is best becasue you can play on all the ships and I think it is the easiest to get a hunter's license for. The Korean (KR) and Chinese (TW) versions can't access the JP ships.
