Who's Your Favorite Actor/Actress
My favorite actor would have to be Samuel Jackson. I think he has great acting skill.

Al Pacino definitely. He can take a piece of shit (character) and make it shine like gold.

Harrison Ford
Matt Damon
Daniel Radcliffe
Natalie Portman
Even if some of those aren't better then some you guys mentioned, I just enjoy them in movies.

Ed Norton. Not my favorite, but he's definitely a great actor.

That's true.CupNoodle wrote:Ed Norton. Not my favorite, but he's definitely a great actor.
My favorites are probably Brad Pitt, John Cusack and Johnny Depp.
I don't really have any favorite actresses.

Re: Who's Your Favorite Actor/Actress
I don't watch enough movies/TV to form a reasonable opinion on "favorite" or "best" or whatever, so I'll just throw out one that happened to impress me: Chiwetel Ejiofor.

Someone is gonna hate me or call me an idiot for this, Adam Sandler.
Re: Who's Your Favorite Actor/Actress
Favorite actor for me is Chow Yun-Fat. Jack Nicholson is up there also.

Well he generally plays himself in every movie he does. Except for like Spanglish and Punch Drunk Love which were actually pretty good.mrandyk wrote:Someone is gonna hate me or call me an idiot for this, Adam Sandler.

I'm surprised that you guys are saying Al Pacino... really an overrated actor, so is De Niro.

Re: Who's Your Favorite Actor/Actress
I don't really have favourites to be honest. I just watch movies that I like. A few that spring to mind are:
Ken Watanabe
Jo Odagiri
Brad Pitt
Ziyi Zhang
Helena Bonham Carter
I'll also give a mention to Bill Murray. He's a great actor in stuff like Lost in Translation, but then he stars in crap like Charlie's Angels too.

Re: Who's Your Favorite Actor/Actress
Oh yeah. I'd forgot about classic actors. I like Jimmy Stewart, but I like Cary Grant a whole lot better. He is definitely one of my favorites, and he starred in a whole slew of fantastic movies (a lot of them directed by Alfred Hitchcock).Covar wrote:jimmy stewart.

Re: Who's Your Favorite Actor/Actress
Tim Robbins
Sean Penn
Kevin Bacon
Morgan Freeman
Strangely enough, the first three were all in Mystic River together and Tim Robbins and Morgan Freeman were both in The Shawshank Redemption together.
I also really like Edward Norton, but I find a lot of his characterizations to be unbelievable.
