drunk thought
at scout camp they tought us how to start a fire using a square battery, steel wool, and dryer lint as part of survivor skills. The camp next to us used gasoline and a lighter. As cool as the one we learned was, I think I find myself in situations where I may need survivor skills with a car full of gas and a lighter in my pocket with no dryer lint or steel wool to be found. And the leaders called that camp lazy. stupid fuckers.

Maybe they thought you'd be lost at a hardware store with onsite laundry?FETUS wrote:at scout camp they tought us how to start a fire using a square battery, steel wool, and dryer lint as part of survivor skills. We learned how to do it with stuff that you'd actually find if you were lost: with WOOD!
