Nothing. I couldn't imagine a lot of stuff that would be as healthy as milk. You certainly don't need milk to survive, but it's a hell of a lot simpler being vegetarian and drinking a glass of milk once a week than to live vegan and check which vitamins you possibly could have neglected last week. Then again, I am not sure if that actually is the problem - people who eat meat or drink milk don't have any advantages in terms of most vitamins. I think the difference is just that milk is in literally everything you can buy in a supermarket.
