I couldn't tell you. But I think it might mainly be because of the shape of the GC face buttons.

I have thought about buying Mario Kart 64. However I am not sure how it will work on my HDTV. Friend brought his Wii over and we played Dungeon Explorer and it was missing about 2 inchs off the bottom. I have the same problem with normal cable channels only it shaves about 1/4 of a inch of it.

Dungeon Explorer has been WAY overrated in the reviews I read of it. Just a insanely hard Guantlet without the random dungeons.

my only gripe about mario kart on my hdtv is the characters look pretty craptacular. the rest of the game , tracks and scenery look fine

So far I have only bought Mario 64 and Link to the Past. Best Buy has yet to get anymore Wii Points cards in, so I cannot buy anything else until I get more points.

I purchased Mario Kart 64, and have played it very little. I want to get Castlevania IV, but I really have a hard time paying for games I payed for 15 years ago. Same with Contra III. I love the game, but I also bought it close to its original release for around $50. I've seriously considered Zelda LttP, since I never actually owned it, but other than that...I don't have a lot of interest in the VC. Now, when either Revenge of Shinobi or F-Zero X hit to VC, I'll be happy to pay for either of those.

Me ive been using it quite a bit spending 5900 points on Legend of Zelda A Link to the Past, Super Mario World, Simcity, Contra 3, Golden Axe, R-Type 3, Bonks Adventure, and Kirbys Adventure. i was trying to play super mario world with my gamecube controller, anyone else try that its so uncomfortable.

I shall be purchasing quite a bit of VC games as soon as I get more batteries for my Wiimotes. Unless they've actually died, in which case I will need more Wiimotes. Battery indicator said half, but they won't stay on now. I'm assuming it's just shit batteries.

Im just buying my all time favorites then the best games from systems i have never owned like the turbografx16 and genesis. i never even heard of the turbografx16 until the wii came out!

im thinking about buying sonic the hedgehog, answer this question for me and ill be able to decide whether or not to download it. is it possible to use wii classic controllers with gamecube games on the wii? because i have sonic mega collection but the gamecube d pads are horrible and my sticks dont work right and the cc d pads are far superior.

Also comix zone or gunstar heros i cant decide. And one more thing is there a t16 game anyone can recomend besides bonks adventure and rtype?

The Wii clasiic controller doesnt work on GC games, its only used for VC games, well for now anyways.
