Scrubs
Arrested Development
Futurama (When are the movies going to come out?)
Just starting to get into 30 Rock
Seinfeld
Kinda sad that 3 are no longer made, and it looks like Scrubs is in its last year too. 30 Rock seems pretty good, but I've only seen a few episodes, but I usually watch it now after a new Scrubs.

1. 24
2. Las Vegas
3. I want to say Lost but season three has sucked
4. Top Gear
5. Two and a half men
Everybody hates Chris should make the list, as should Futurama as soon as it's return.
I've only watched the premiere of Heroes and wasn't wholey impressed. Looks like X-men with make-up on to me. I will give it a chance though when I've got time.

I really don't watch TV much anymore, I might flick through the music channels once in a while but there's nothing I go out of my way to watch. That said, these shows rule:
1. Family Guy
2. Green Wing (An amazing british comedy set in a hospital, go watch it now. It's the best comedy series in decades)
3. The Mighty Boosh (Bizarre british comedy)
4. My Name is Earl
5. Father Ted (I'm fairly sure this made it over to the US anyway)

you might want to give heroes another chance, the first few episodes are rather slow and the story moves at a painful pace, but it really has picked up more now.perry wrote: I've only watched the premiere of Heroes and wasn't wholey impressed. and i can't believe i forgot to list studio 60, i like that more than heroes.

Exactly a lot of people get turned off Heroes cos of the slow pace of the first few eps. But once you get past the first few eps things really start to pick up.Covar wrote:you might want to give heroes another chance, the first few episodes are rather slow and the story moves at a painful pace, but it really has picked up more now.perry wrote: I've only watched the premiere of Heroes and wasn't wholey impressed. I really love that show, I'm adding it in as joint #1.Covar wrote:you might want to give heroes another chance, the first few episodes are rather slow and the story moves at a painful pace, but it really has picked up more now.perry wrote: I've only watched the premiere of Heroes and wasn't wholey impressed. Everybody I've talked to recently about TV shows loves Studio 60, I can't believe theres still talk of cancelling after season one. Perhaps I've conveniently bumped into every one of it's fans.

Wait...are we talking *current* shows, or overall? I thought we were talking current.
If we're talking overall, I'm going to have to go with:
- The Twilight Zone
- The Muppet Show
- The Adventures of Brisco County, Jr.
- Pinky and the Brain
- Star Trek: The Next Generation
Man, that was hard to narrow down. Close seconds are Scrubs, The Daily Show, Futurama, Dead Like Me, Farscape, The Venture Bros., The X-Files (before the movie), Sliders (BEFORE it was bought by Sci-Fi Channel), and The Storyteller.
And yes, I am a dork

Damn if it's overall shows there's no way to get it down to five!
Firefly, 24, Pinky And The Brain, The Turtles, Whose line is it anyway, futurama, spider-man.. the list is endless

Hard to pick only five; I watch a lot of TV. I'll stick with the ones I watch every week and (probably) archive. In no particular order:
1) Prison Break
2) House
3) Law and Order: SVU
4) Dirty Jobs
5) Mythbusters
I don't archive the last two but I have my friend BitTorrent record them for me should I miss an episode.
For a second tier, I'd go Daily Show, Colbert, South Park, Penn and Teller Bullshit and the other two Law and Order series. (Yeah yeah. I'm counting then together. )
South Park and Bullshit would be first tier, but they so rarely make new episodes that I hardly ever watch them.
