seperate rom disk question

Do I have to make a ROM folder if I want to put ROMs on a seperate disk? Like:

CD-R/Roms/Rom1.smc, Rom2.smc, etc?

Weird. Try adding to that a "Sound" folder with at least one mp3 file (you could just copy the one that comes with DreamSNES).
