Each one of these games retail for atleast $40, most of them more than $45, Gears of War being $55 or more depending on where you get it, I think $30 is more than fair regardless of how much he paid. If you want the game you have two options if you want to buy it new, pay $30 or pay $40+? Who cares if you can still play the game.

Gears of War is an amazing game that no 360 owner should miss!
