A very newbie question...

This forum is for discussion pertaining to homebrew and indie software for the Dreamcast, such as homebrew games, emulators/interpreters, and other homebrew software/applications. Porting requests and developmental ideas are not to be made here; you can make those here. If you need any help burning discs for homebrew software, this is the place to ask as well.

Beats of Rage looks awesome. Very reminisent of MUGEN. Is mugen technically possible on dreamcast? Or the source code was never available? Or is there another reason for it not being ported? Just asking.

AFAIK, no source available. However, KOF 91 is an open source MUGEN-like engine coded in C, so I think (not too sure though) that it'd be portable.


PS: there's a forum for porting ideas here.
