dvd case insert

I am currently making a dvd in adobe encore and we are in the stages of making the packaging. I am trying to make a dvd case insert with a comic in it but I don't have the actual paper for it. We are just using glossy paper, So it's been hard for me to find a working template. Does anyone here know what resoultion/ and or any kind of template I can achieve this just using glossy paper? Any help would be apreciated.
