Not showing all of my roms..

Anything DreamSNES-related can be asked in this forum, such as general questions about the emulator, how to burn it, etc.

Not showing all of my roms..

Post by Mattiethomas »

I did everything, loaded the disc and it only shows 2 of my roms out of around 10. I put them all in the "roms" folder and it's only showing two of em. Also, I'm not using the kRYPT List creator; Should I be?

Here's what I did:

-Extracted the folder from DreamSNES 0.9.8
-I placed the IP.BIN into the cd directory.
-I put every unzipped rom I had into the "roms" folder.
-I used DiscJuggler, browse to the cd directory, I clicked create image, then selected 1DSNES.SH4. and made the

Then I put a bland disc in, opened Alcohol 120%. Clicked Image Burning Wizard, then chose the image I created in BootDream, and let it burn.

When it finished i started it up on my Dreamcast, and went to Roms and it only listed two of them...

Why is this happening?

What are the file extensions? Maybe that's your prob.

BTW, I highly recommend that you use the rom lister. Not only the game list will look a lot nicer, but it'll prevent files from being skipped due to similar names.

SRM = Save RAM.

That's your prob, those aren't roms in the first place.

Try renaming them to SMC, that way DSNES will recognize them... If they are roms.
