& this is unstickied why exactly? the info on servers is usefull for people to know if they try it, ah well maybe it should get assimilated into the one in dc discussion now, the info at least

Does anyone still play anymore? I was wondering before I start roaming around to find my disks.

pso is pretty dead right now, if your gonna play i would suggest going psobb which has new weapons and a new episode.

Exactly. When I was playing it on PC a few weeks ago I saw quite a few. And my game was full of 4 people. Last time I played it on GC (about a year ago) it was still pretty popular too.

Maybe its time for a resurgence of PSO, if anyone revives the chat for it perhaps, god knows its about the only online rpg I've played fro any serious time

There is still some people on Schthack. It seems that PSOX is supported, but there is now way to connect with it without hacking Xbox Live.

I would go online with GC, but the AC adapter died :cry:

If you have a modded Xbox (and the original game, just to keep this message warez-free), you can download a hacked version of the game that includes a fake Xbox Live account that you can use to play it, just not on Live. I don't know how it works with Schthack, but as long as it doesnt try to connect to Xbox Live I'd think it would be okay.

EDIT: Nevermind, I checked the Schthack website and he says he has no plans on making his server compatible with PSOX. The GC version works though.
