I'd have to say pretty much every game that supports more than one player. I don't think the Dreamcast has one multiplayer game that I've played and thought "this is terrible."

Not really the answer you're looking for, but you really can't go wrong with whatever you choose.

For 3 to 4 players, Powerstone 2 is very good fun and doubles at Virtua Tennis 1 or 2 is good too.

Toy Commander is great and both Dead Or Alive 2 and Marvel Vs Capcom allow tag team fighting.

I was also going to suggest some driving games like Wacky Races or San Francisco Rush but I have bad memories of the framerate being pretty poor (for Wacky Races anyway). As mentioned above Le Mans 24hrs is a very good game.

Quake III is great, unless you have a small telly and the Worms games are good for 4 people due to it being turn based.

For party mayhem though, I think Chu Chu Rocket is the best.

There's always football games too, of which I'd say UEFA Dream Soccer is probably the best (but by no means anywhere near as good as Pro Evo

4x4 Evo is fun online, and since is a crossplatform game you'll always have someone online even though the game is old.

I've played it a few and didn't really enjoy it.

I would definately recommend NFL Blitz 2000 and Rush 2049!
