It Says that I don't have permission to download this file.

Sweet! That works great. Does that DCGnuboy play gba roms? I made a disk with it but the roms don't play. Is there an emulator for gameboy advance?

No. It doesn't play GBA roms.

There's no publicly released GBA emulator for Dreamcast yet.

It's probably that you got Norton protection or a similar app running - just deactivate it and the download should work fine

I have problems with this gg/sms emulator.

I have a folder called c:\smsplus with all my gg-games in the gg-folder and my sms games in my sms-folder.

I open bootdreams and points it to c:\smsplus and tells it to make a discjuggler file. But it doesnt ask me to pick any "main binary", it just starts and immidiately I get an error message.. what could be the problem?

Ok

First it asks if I really want to create a discjuggler image and I press "Yes"

Then a black windows comes up, Like a DOS prompt, and text runs through it really fast and then I get the error "There was an error creating the ISO image". I press Ok and another black window shos up and dissapers and a new error shos up "there was an error creating the Discjuggler image".

Any ideas of what could be the problem?

Not really, I'm guessing:
Do you got enough free space on your HDD ? You need twice the space as big as the folder you're trying to burn.

Also, another problem could be the place where you've pointed BootDreams to:
If you point it to C:/BootDreams/SMSplusDC/ (without spaces) there shouldn't be a problem, but if you point it to C:/My folder that contains SMSplusDC/, then there could be a problem like what you described.
