problems?

I have a problem with my dreamcast. I have been playing all the emulaotrs for a while. The other day my daughter put a few discs into it and turned it on for a while. Since then none of my burned discs load. It will play music cds fine though. I don't have any dreamcast discs so i don't know if they work. Can anyone help.

It's possible the constant CDR use borked the system. In fact, it's more than likely. Buy another for testing purposes. They're cheaper than a carton of generic cigarettes. Cheaper than a 20 pack of Red Bull.

No, Homebrew files and emulators are so small that they usually just get loaded into the memory, the gd rom is barely used. Perhaps you're burning the discs incorrectly? Or maybe you need to load them with a boot disc like DC Hakker or Demo Menu.

Maybe you're burning them too fast? It isn't recommended that you go over 12X.
