Sauerbraten is a continuation of Cube (http://www.cubeengine.com/). Cube is quite complete and would prabably be portable, if there were only a good way to use opengl for DC... The current options are quite hard to implement when it comes to porting if I remember right.

That is my understanding as well. Yeti3D works quite well on the Dreamcast, and is designed to be similar to Cube, and that might be a better place to start. I'm sure that it could be fairly easilly extended (for example, colored lighting is a really easy thing to hack in), have the rendering portion rewritten to make good use of the DC's 3D hardware if desired (although that isn't really needed if the goal is simply a decent framerate), etc.Imerion wrote:Sauerbraten is a continuation of Cube (http://www.cubeengine.com/).
